Naw. I do a 2-1-1 now bc I prefer them to have some pull to them

No, no they do not. Looks great!

  3. Never. If you get tired of baby backs, start doing St Louis instead.

I usually do two racks and the second racks meat is used for loaded potatoes the next day.

Nope. Not for me at least. These look great

    No, they don’t.

    Now I want some ribs….

Not in my house 🙂 They get devoured pretty quickly and any leftovers also disappear amazing quick.

    Those look really good.

Baby back implies that there are also adult back. So yes ribs do get older.

Not once you learn to cook them the way you like them. I like to pull the leftovers for breakfast meat!

Sugary ribs get old in my experience. The whole use all the rubs, wrap in aluminum foil with butter and honey, etc. competition style ribs that are DELICIOUS but just get old. Now I’m looking for more salt and pepper only not going to make my stomach sick.

lol I first thought you pulled out frozen ribs from 5 years ago. No they don’t

Ribs never get old because they are all eaten when cooked. Those ribs look delicious.

They get old when you can’t fit into your cruising clothes! 🤣

To cook and eat, no, in your fridge, sadly yes.
