Not gonna lie, I was shaking when I gave it to my bf and I was waiting to see the cross-section. Thought it would somehow end up a salty piece of shoe leather. He said it was restaurant quality! Electric stovetop (I hate this thing with my whole entire heart) + stainless steel pan.

    The steak is really nice. But I am having a bit of a hard time believing all of these “first time” posts that nail the cook, sear, and vegetables with the steak.
