Wellll. I've been lurking here (and 1200) for the last ten months, silently cheering everyone on and getting meal ideas from everyone's posts – and now that I'm just under two pounds from maintenance, I'm starting to work on a plan to keep myself accountable and I think documenting my 1500 as I slowly loosen things up (putting away the food scale for the time being and seeing how I do with a year of measuring and portioning in my arsenal) and begin increasing my calories toward maintenance (should be somewhere between 1500 and 1600) is a good start! Of course today was a weird food day, lots of randomness leftover from the holidays, but it is what it is. 😂 Thanks for all of the inspiration these past ten months, it's helped so much!
