I started cake baking and decorating in September and OH baby I just love it so much, it makes me so so happy. I made this cake up on a whim for my partner to take into his work tomorrow as a happy new year cake!
It is a chocolate sponge with chocolate buttercream in the layers and for crumb coat with a raspberry filling! (Used recipes from Georgias cakes cookbook- my Christmas gift)
And then did a vanilla buttercream for the final coat and piping!
