Around Christmas my Costco has individual plate ribs for sale. I'm assuming it is from all the prime ribs sold this time of year. They are so good and so easy to smoke. My new years resolution is to smoke more meats, 1 day down and 1 smoke down

Are those plate or back ribs? Seem to be more like cut back ribs. I made a couple of racks of back ribs for Xmas. I actually prefer them to plate ribs as they’re quicker to cook.
