Finished with 15 min at 500. Will do 20 min next time. Either way tasted phenomenal.

Looks good, did you trim the bones before or after cooking? We had leftovers and I chopped some meat up and seared with lime and taco seasoning to make street tacos, we still have the ribs (left on during cooking, saved aside and frozen) and I’m trying to figure out what to do with those.

What bag did you use to put the roast in? I had a difficult time putting the prime rib in mine using Costco Kirkland 11” wide bags!
