Made 5 large portions with 4 chicken breasts, 1 block of frozen spinach, and 2 cups of basmati rice.
Loosely used this recipe as a general guide which is for saag paneer.
The rice was cooked in a rice cooker along with a sick of cinnamon, a piece of star anise, 3 cardamom pods, and 2 bay leaves. Came out nice and fragrant.
Honestly with a bit more spinach this could have been stretched to 6 portions. I'll cut back on the rice next time.
