    That was an underwhelming fish
    I thought there would be much more meat on it but I guess not lol
    The head threw me off but it still looks super tasty!

    Nice. There’s a ramen place in Tokyo called Housenka that makes their broth from kinmedai scraps. It’s really good.

    Your sanmai oroshi is quite interesting, as you keep the ribs on the fish. I’ve seen this before I’ve just never done it myself
