    Those look delicious. And if you like them chopped out like that, you might consider buying the Costco lamb loin chops rather than the racks. They cost about half the price per lb. and are from essentially the same part of the animal. As such, you’re getting the same meat for half the price, plus saving additional money on bone cost and your time to break down the racks.

    I need to work on my picture game… I always get a pic of the closed grill and then think of it 3/4 through eating… no proof of my smoked burgers from tonight. 🤦
