Ingredients:
2 slices of white bread
2 tablespoons peanut butter (smooth or crunchy)
1 ripe banana, sliced
2-3 slices cooked bacon
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon cinnamon sugar (combine 1 tablespoon sugar with 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon)
Instructions:
– Spread peanut butter on one side of each slice of bread.
– Layer banana slices and cooked bacon on one slice, then top with the other slice to make a sandwich.
– Butter the outside of both bread slices and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
– Cook in a skillet over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
