    – 2 oz Mushroom, 2 oz onion, 1/2 small can water chestnuts, and 2 oz kimchi (80)

    – Soy sauce (30)

    3:30 PM: 190
    – 60 g Trader Joe’s Greek yogurt spinach dip (60)
    – 1 serving cauliflower pretzels (130)

    7:30 PM: 450
    – 8 oz scallops (180) seared in 1 tbsp Irish butter (100)
    – 2 oz Mushrooms (10) and 2 oz onions (20) sautéed in 1 tsp olive oil (40)
    – 1/2 bag Trader Joe’s mashed cauliflower (100)
