500g Beef Mince
1 Large Brown Onion
4 Garlic
1/2 Tsp Sea Salt
1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
2 Tbsp Mild Chilli Powder
1 Tbsp Smoked Paprika
1 Tbsp Ground Cumin
1/4 Tsp Ground Cinnamon
1/2 Tsp Oregano
2 Tbsp Tomato Puree
1/2 Beef Stock Cube
1. Add dash of oil to a medium sized pan on medium high heat and add beef mince cook for about 5 minutes till brown
2. Add the onions & garlic and cook for 1 minute
3. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well (mix the beef stock cube separately with about 1 tbsp of boiling water to turn into a kind of paste then add to pan
4. Cook for about 20 minutes stirring regularly
5. Taste and add anymore more seasonings if you like but i can promise if you follow this recipe it’s very tasty as it is
6. Heat tortillas add your fillings then roll tight
7. Have a skillet heated on medium low heat and add your burritos to toast each side for about 30 seconds on each
