    Did you use a slicer? Those are the most uniform, clean slices I’ve ever seen

    Tritip is one of my favorites, and those look perfect! Probes are a great tool to have. We just got a set and used them for only the second time on our Christmas prime rib, turned out perfect.

  4. I’m sorry I don’t get it, when I was in California everyone was always talking about Tri Tips. When I ate them they were lean but tougher and less flavor than other cuts. Is it just the price that makes them attractive but give me a Strip, Ribeye or Filet
