Drank by the bottle at Pluckemin Inn in New Jersey (discovered this place because of Our Pour Decisions on YouTube).
Served at cellar temp in Burgundy glasses.
Sean, the sommelier, recommended not decanting (he says he almost never recommends decanting Bourgogne).
Notes of red cherry and green bellpepper, with some slight clove notes. Still noticeable tannins.
Very much in its drinking window, probably can go a few more years.
Slightly thinner on the palate than I would have expected, but still enjoyable on its own, didn't need any food.
90 points.
