this did not turn out very well. it might’ve been my oven, but the pasta consistency was off. did anyone have success with this dish?

  1. I didn’t like this one either. I think the fresh rigatoni is the issue. It was doughy even though it was cooked. I had something the week before with the same type of pasta and it was the same way. I’m definitely going to check the pasta type from now on.

  2. I made this last night. The pasta texture was weird for me too. Kinda chewy? Doughy? Idk. They also forgot the ricotta and gave me marinara instead so I had to run out and get my own ricotta.

    I’m baking it right now and I’m having mixed feelings. I don’t know what I was thinking, pasta with peas in it. That’s weird.
