Good for you 👍 I love lasagna but it’s my least favorite al forno pasta dish to make because it’s so much work! I lazily fall back on baked ziti which goes together in 5 minutes after you have your ragu and cooked pasta.

Vegetables deserve the same amount of effort and technique as the pasta IMO.
