    Never went back to eating breakfast after I did fasting on & off for a good 5 years… tried to but couldnt, just end up napping with all the carbs first thing in the morning lmao

    Looks really food and yes I kinda have to skip breakfast or my body acts like it’s starving all day. If I skip breakfast I barely feel hungry. Then like you, I get to really enjoy my dinner and even a small desert later.

    I can’t remember the last time I ate breakfast even before weighkoss.

    I like my meals to be substantial. I eat twice a day and that’s it!

    Yeah, I think skipping breakfast is my key to actually be in deficit. I’m simply hungrier in the second half of the day than in the morning, so I tend to eat most of my calories in lunch, small snack and a huge dinner. Works well for me.
    If I fell hungry in the AM, I usually get just some yogurt and it’s enough. If I have a real breakfast, I also tent to consume more calories during the day, it doesn’t have any impact on my hunger levels for the rest of the day. So for this reason I eat proper breakfast only when I’m going for a hike as I know I will need the extra satiety and energy throughout the day.

    I’m the opposite. I need to have a decent breakfast (25-30 grams of protein), or else I will be hungry all day.
