4.5 hours at 150oC – seasoned with Hardcore Carnivore Black and Camo for the “bark”/crust. The meat fell off the bone! 🤌🏽🫡

    That’s the great thing about short ribs, for how expensive the damn things are they are super easy to cook!

    Only smoked them twice and flavour was a bit meh on both occasions. Those look good. Must up my seasoning game I think
