

I cooked up 1.5kg of meatballs. It’s a pain to do. Next time I will cook it in a sauce (any suggestions welcome).
- 500 ground beef
- 1kg pork mince
- 3 crushed garlic cloves
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan
- 3 large egg, beaten
- Paprika
- Chilli
- Salt
- MSG
- Pepper
I cooked them in duck fat because I had some.
It tastes fantastic. I will serve with a creamy sauce and konjac noodles. What would you eat it with?

If you wanna add healthy but invisible I add broken flaxseed to my meatballs. Doesn’t change the flavour. I’m totally trying your recipe! Never added cheese to meatballs before. 🧀🥳
Cream sauces would be great, and low-carb. Buffalo sauces should have next to nothing for carbs. Third, I’m sure you could find an asian-style glaze recipe.
