Any advice? We use 18g of espresso for a 26s extraction. I’ve noticed that sometimes when we calibrate the grinder when I adjust the number of seconds the grinder dispenses for to make it longer, it overflows the basket. But then when I go to weigh it it’s perfect so I’m unsure of what the issue is. Should we just cut down to 16g of espresso per puck?
