I usually do 4 – 8oz in 93/7 ground beef which accounts for the large variance in calories.
My process:
Heat up griddle on the oven.
No oil, just wait a few minutes.
Add about 5ml of light mayo to the buns and throw them on the griddle to get toasted.
Add meat, it should sizzle. Smash! with a spatula. Flip it and add the cheese. Wait a minute or two and start assembly.
Add topping as desired. I am content with just a double cheese burger and it’s been yummmmmy.
The keto hamburger bread is also high in fiber!

Not a great picture but I made an elk burger last night! Very good.
~529 calories for 6 oz ground elk (turmeric, onion powder, Hungarian paprika, salt, pepper, fresh rosemary and grated garlic) with lettuce, sharp cheddar, and truffle infused spicy mayo
