I usually do 4 – 8oz in 93/7 ground beef which accounts for the large variance in calories.

My process:

Heat up griddle on the oven.

No oil, just wait a few minutes.

Add about 5ml of light mayo to the buns and throw them on the griddle to get toasted.

Add meat, it should sizzle. Smash! with a spatula. Flip it and add the cheese. Wait a minute or two and start assembly.

Add topping as desired. I am content with just a double cheese burger and it’s been yummmmmy.

The keto hamburger bread is also high in fiber!
