I smoked wings for an 1:15 at 275f and then transferred into 375f grapeseed oil. They were the best wings I’ve ever eaten. I like my wings dry and crispy, but I do dip them in sauces. These were dry seasoned prior to smoking.

    Those look great.

    I do the opposite….quick fry, sauce em, then finish em on the smoker.

    I’ve never deep fried them but I almost always air fry them after smoking! Prob bomb
