    It’s disgusting how people just leave the bones soaking like that. Just wash the bones and get it over with it’s like a 5 min job max. “But chef I’m leaving it to soak”. I don’t care they’re not gonna wash them selves

    this is the type of shit my sous chef does when he fills up literally any container…then when he moves in and spills on the cart it’s someone else’s problem.
