As someone who considers to buy it… What about all of those attachments? Because robots usually do well one thing and others suck.
A couple of years ago when I was on the hook to make my sister's wedding cake and decided to splash out on a very big mixer to make it I seriously considered this (possibly a slightly earlier edition). I ended up going with the most bog standard version, the titanium chef XL (no longer made, I believe) because I didn't want a device where any functions were controlled by a computer screen. However, every time I make swiss meringue I think about it a little bit wistfully … and I have to say this video really confirmed that for me. I'll be thinking about it now when I make choux too, haha.
If I was in the same room as this thing, I would be fighting back the intense urge to say, "Yes, chef," after every beep.
Wish it wasn't so expensive.
It is very expensive but if you are someone who would use it often it seems worth that price. It does so many things!
Cheddar in Risotto?
OMG, the squeaking though, that is a deal killer! I wouldn’t use it just because I knew it would start squeaking and I just don’t want to deal with it 😮
Anything using a Times New Roman font is a no from me
If I had the money, at my advanced age, I would buy this instantly. The idea of large batch cooking foods is brilliant! I do large cooks and portion them out for the freezer. I make 1 big pot meal of 10 to 12 servings a week then I have a variety of heat and eat frozen mains every day. Saves tons of money and time! Sorted!😋
Don’t think I’ll be buying one – too much faffing about
Wow, when one of those bits or tech breaks it will become a massively expensive paperweight because that will be ridiculously expensive to fix i expect
Half an hour at 62 would have thickend the Creme Pat. Muppets…
Okay but a small thing I just loved about this – when he tilted the head back, the display adjusted to still read level. Small, mostly unnecessary but oh so nice.

…le bec.
Pretentious
If it makes a bechamel I would be very much in danger of wanting this (and I could never afford to buy it).
Where I get lost with these products is that it's way too huge of an investment for someone who is just getting interested in cooking, but any chef would rather do the recipe themselves rather than fiddle with a machine. Who is it really for? Weirdly seems like it's more for the gift market of the wealthy?
Water boils at a lower temperature at higher altitude. How would that change anything with this machine?
As soon as you said "app" i groaned at the product
I am 15min in… If Ben doesn't gift this to Mike (providing the Rosotto is good)…
As a training facilitator for contact centres I prefer the step by step process. Yes you lose the love and care for the process but you give the little people a good go at the job
