Yep. Timber Rot/White mold. You want to get some copper fungicide ASAP and spray the stems, particularly at the joints. This is a pretty bad case, but the plants may make it if you get it soon. You may need multiple applications over a few successive days.
Moving ahead, you want to try to make sure to keep the humidity down and tje planys ad dry as possible, particularly at night. I know that is often easier said than done.
