I titled this self-care because this journey doesn't have a end point, I'll transition to higher calories when I hit my goal weight while eating the same foods, same routine and everything. This is the most sustainable way I can think off for me to achieve this, no diet just lifestyle.

Just completed three days on track and I'm determined to see this through, I don't know what it is but I am super motivated to get to my goal weight this year.
