I already have experience in the restaurant industry (own a dessert parlour)

Thinking of opening up a burger joint (smash burgers and chicken thigh burgers)

Would love to know what you guys think of my trials so far

If you own a dessert shoppe make it a burger and dessert shop add to your menu and see how it goes. Looks good to me!

“You haven’t truly lived until you’ve put my meat in your mouth”

    8/10, I’d poop that out.

Quickest way to get a 1-million dollar net worth is to open a restaurant starting with a 2-million net worth.

Honestly though, if your toughest critics like your burger, sit down, and do all the math. Food cost. Labour. Rent. Your salary. Equipment. Advertising. How many burgers do need to sell, at what price.

  13. How would you differentiate yourself from others? Are yours craveworthy? Is there a need in your area?
