New Years Pull Apart Cupcake Cake 🧁

I made this for a New Year’s party I was having! I’m still fairly new to cake decorating, and I hope to learn more by taking classes and doing this professionally someday! The cupcakes were tiny and cute, and the batter was able to make 54 of them!
