Stock is bone broth, soy sauce, fish sauce
1/4 onion, 2 lg mushrooms, hunk ginger, 1/4 packet tofu – cooked for about 20 min.
Then added 1/2 of a thin sliced zucchini and a turnip for q few mins, then a big handful of cabbage, 6 shrimp and 4 pc imitation crab.
When the shrimp was cooked I poured it all into a mixing bowl over a rice vermicelli nest, and topped with juice from 1 lime and healthy squirt sriracha, tsp sesame oil.
