Mustard and mayo alone isn’t doing it for me. What are your favorite burger sauce recipes?

I have no idea on sauces, but that burger looks delicious as is.

Combining mayo, ketchup, mustard, dill pickle relish, Worcestershire sauce, and fresh cracked black pepper. Had smashed burgers tonight with it, and it hit

I’m not really into burger sauces. If I dress it with veggies (lettuce, tomato, onions and pickles), I only add mayo and make sure the lettuce is on top of the mayo. I like the flavor of lettuce and mayo. If no veggies, I’ll add just mustard and ketchup.

Mayo, ketchup and your choice of hot sauce.

I do all of this by eyeballing it. Sorry I don’t have exact amounts. You’ll find what works for you.

Mince about a quarter of a yellow onion. I mean super fine. Next, mix a big squirt of mayo (the mayo is your base), couple tablespoons yellow mustard and ketchup, couple dashes of Worcestershire sauce, few dashes of your favorite hot sauce, maybe a teaspoon of your favorite seasoning salt (Tony chacheres is my favorite), and sometimes a squirt of chik fil a sauce if I have some. Last, add pickle juice to your desired consistency. I like it on the thicker side, but still runny enough to run off a spoon.

For best results let it sit in the fridge for a couple hours before you’re planning on eating.

You use mustard? I’ve been grooving on Whataburger ketchup, Duke’s Mayo and grillos pickles with chopped cherry tomatoes.

  7. Mayo. Ketchup, hienz 57 steak sauce. Mustard and Texas Pete’s hot sauce. You can go wrong. Lol

Big Boy uses straight tartar sauce and it works well.

  11. Mayo, French dressing, dehydrated onion, relish, dash of vinegar, dash of onion powder (I’m sure I’m missing something) mix up well, leave in the fridge for a few hours then enjoy..
