The 1st book of my BOOK CLUB is one of my most referenced books: ‘The Flavor Bible’ by Andrew Dornenburg and Karen A. Page. It’s a James Beard award-winning book, based on several top chefs in America. This has levelled up my cooking, making it so easy for me to know which flavors to pair together and come up with new recipe ideas. It’s a great reference book that doesn’t need to be read front to back.

Theres also a Vegetarian version too, for all the veggie fam.

    The flavors are presented like a color wheel . It’s interesting
