Decided to smoke the ribs I cut from the ribeye roast tonight. Took off at 195 and carried over to about 200. Spritz with apple cider vinegar and water. Wrapped towards the end for about an hour. Took about five hours in total. Turned out tender but not TOO tender and very juicy.

Look at that nice crust to meat ratio. Most slept on rib and by far my favorite kind of rib.
