Orange glazed tofu

    I was inspired by Panda Express’ new impossible chicken. It’s really easy:

    1. Press tofu block for 30 minutes on each side for firm texture
    2. Cut into desired shape
    3. Toss with a blend of corn starch, black pepper, curry powder, and cayenne pepper
    4. Roll tofu pieces into powder, just enough to coat
    5. Cook in pre-heated hot vegetable oil for approximately 5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown
    6. After pieces are fully cooked, allow them to drain on paper towel for 3-5 minutes
    7. In large bowel, sufficiently cover in sauce of your choice (I use Kikkoman’s Orange Sauce)

    The longest part is simply the prep of pressing the tofu! Easy peasy, delicious.
