Chaat Masala Recipe
Ingredients:

Quantity Ingredient
2 Tsp Black Pepper
2 Tbsp Coriander Seeds
4 Tbsp Cumin Seeds
1 Tsp Carom Seeds
¼ Tsp Asafetida
2 Tbsp Dry Mango Powder
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Black Salt
1 Dry Kashmiri Red Chilli
½ Tbsp Fennel Seeds (optional. They add flavor, but can be skipped)
¼ Tsp Dry Ginger Powder (optional)
½ Tsp Citric Acid (optional to replace mango powder)

Recipe
Step 1 – Prepare all the ingredients. Roast Black Pepper, Coriander and Cumin. Turn off the heat and add Carom Seeds and Asafetida. Roast lightly in the cooling pan. Add rest of the ingredients to pan.

Setp 2 – Let cool in the pan. Pulse Blend. Do not heat up the spices – otherwise they will release oil
