These wings had a nice crunch that you would expect from a deep fryer. The secret? Duck fat. I started by coating these wings in corn starch, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. I then placed them in the air fryer and coated them with duck fat spray. After about 30min around 400 and flipping, they emerged with a nice crust. Tossed them in homemade buffalo sauce which was fantastic. For $7, these wings were better than most restaurants.
