Inspired by the post someone else made the other day of their first attempt at macarons, I decided to take the leap today and finally try making a batch instead of obsessively watching macaron YouTube shorts 😅
I used the Preppy Kitchen recipe (link in comments). Definitely made some mistakes like with my temps and baking times (and possibly over mixing a little bit) but I had a lot of fun making these and they came out much better than I expected!

Yes keep posting macarons because my adhd ass got super interested in making them and ordered a bunch of stuff to make them, but the delivery has still not come and I’m starting to lose interest 😅 these posts are keeping the interest alive though!
