McCormick sweet and smokey rub. I start with 2 hours on my units smoke setting which is 160. Then 2 hours at 275. I wrap with brown sugar, honey and a little ghee and cook 2 more hours at 275* to finish. 2-2-2

    People hate on fall of the bone ribs but my wife loves them and I’ve got pretty fond of it myself when it comes to baby backs.
