Lick Ice Cream previously sold a keychain for $25 which gave you access to their scoop society- perks like free 1/2 pints on Wednesdays and special events.
Previously their calendar went as far as 01/01/2026 and had free 1/2 pints every Wednesday, and when I bought the keychain I was told it would always be free 1/2 pints.
Today I was told that they’re discontinuing that deal, and that it would be a free 1/2 pint at the end of the month only. Now it’s 50% off half pints on Wednesdays instead of being free.
I know it’s ridiculous to want infinite free ice cream, but is a business allowed to advertise 1/2 pints on their Scoop Society calendar, sell memberships, then change it?
