I think I found the butcher’s “choice” stash at the bottom of the pile 👀👀👀


Wasn’t going to Costco for steak, but I left with some steak after seeing these bad boys. Why does that always seem to happen?

    This happened to me last week. Same deal – Choice NY Strips at the bottom of the pile, looking like Primes.

    I see people all the time digging through the packages of strips and ribeyes like they’re at the beach clam digging. Hilarious.

    It’s because they graded the 12th ribeye and that’s it. It really doesn’t take into account the overall grade if the meat. Enjoy your steaks

    Why do people think the butchers saving a stash for themselves?
    If it was being saved I guarantee it won’t be out in the cooler
