I was sure the arepas weren't going to turn out because the dough was super crumbly, but I added a little extra oil, kneaded it with wet hands, and left it in the fridge for an hour. Still a little iffy on the front end, but once I got them frying they held together 🙌 Didn't really care for the seasoning on the chicken, too smokey unfortunately.

I have this one but I’ve put off making it cause I wasn’t sure how they would turn out. I was hoping someone else would post about it!
