Definitely learned some lessons about shaping and stamping that I plan to tinker with next time. But I was curious if you had any tips for getting mine to come out like these.
I looked at so many recipes online but none of them actually looked like a real NYC bodega style hard roll. Bonkers.

Oh no! Rip kitchen aid. My parents sent theirs in and received a refurbished one for a good price.

If your kitchen aid is older, try to find a repair facility and get it fixed. The new ones are not built the same.
