Excuse my ignorance but does anyone know these sauces used? Specifically the top left and bottom right, I love these when I go eat kbbq and would love to use it with some Mexican food.

More than likely, the red sauce u like is samjang, and the other is sesame oil with salt + pepper.

Honestly, this isn’t traditional at all. I bet this is from either a Korean bbq place in a foreign country or a foreign influencer.
Left top is probably water downed Ssamjang 🤮 Idk what’s the one on left bottom (?ranch????)
Right top is probably Cham-sauce (vinaigrette made with soy sauce and sugar). 99% of the times, this is served with chop chives +/- thinly sliced onions.
Right bottom would be sesame oil + salt + pepper. That’s way too much sesame oil. Korean mom will definitely slap your back for that.
For sesame oil sauce, I usually go heavy on salt and pepper then just enough oil to submerge the whole thing. I always put a tiny amount of crushed garlic (like a size of a booger). It’s small amount but really enhances the flavour.

Ssamjang and the bottom right is 100% sesame oil and salt. Hate this kind of video though, but enjoy your food!

Bottom right is sesame oil with salt

I think it’s split. Left sauces are for fried chicken. Right are for BBQ.
