Trust the container, but if you want it spot on, get a weighing scale, weigh it out and times it by the amount per 100g/ml. If I ever want the exact amount (let’s say 267g of something that is 152 per 100g) I will use the equation 1.52 x 267. I hope you understand, I’m not fantastic at explaining things

I just have a math question and I could be completely off base here as I’m trying to do this with 3 hours sleep but… if it is 475ml and there are 4 serving sizes per tub and each serving size is 69 grams at 73 calories. 4 x 69 =276 which does not equal 475? 73 x 4 =292 (the 300 on the tub) But you’re still missing 200ml/gram Unless that the gram mil difference in weight
