With sauce or without sauce? That is the question…for photos anyway (flavour it’s a no brainer)
Smokey tofu steaks, with lots of different seasonings to make up the marinade; a tahini sauce (& Lao gan ma (photo dependant)), spring onion (scallion) ‘chicken’ rice & very spicy stir fried cabbage and mushrooms 🙂

I prefer photo 3 with the sauce and garnishes not only for the pops of color, but the added texture elements as well.
