ADD RESERVED BEAN JUICE AS NEEDED TO REACH DESIRED CONSISTANCY WHEN MIXING

1 -2 C COOKED GRAINS OF YOUR CHOICE, RICE IS GREAT AND INEXPENSIVE, I PREFER A BULGAR AND QUINOA MIX

1 BUNCH CILANTRO, SUB PARSLEY IF YOU DON’T LIKE CILANTRO

1 POBLANO PEPPER, OR SUB JALAPENO FOR MORE HEAT
