I got a new “backyard warrior” Z grills for Christmas. On my third smoke I went outside to check on the grill and the grill had shut off and the LED screen was flashing with no error code. Major bummer. I have tried unplugging and replugging the grill into a new outlet with no success. The fuse does not appear to have blown. Any ideas? I’ll be contacting Z grills tomorrow but any help would be appreciated. I just want to smoke a brisket!!!

The flashing makes me feel like there is a faulty connection somewhere. Did you check to make sure all the plugs are secure, or do you see any wanting that looks janky causing it to flash like that?

Probably needs a new board or a new screen.

Always register for warranty claims. I hope you did.
