Looks like toro to me, which is the filet mignon equivalent to tuna.

Impossible to say from that picture, but since there already was a piece of tuna in the plate, and typically no same type of fish are presented…i would think this is 中とろ．chuu-toro, not the fanciest 中とろwe can find but still 中とろ
