This is a Michelin-rated restaurant, I believe with one star, in Washington, D.C. They also have a location in Miami. Service quality depends on the location, and Colombia may not be accustomed to the same service standards as locations in the United States. Don’t take it personally, and don’t leave them a one-star review just because they didn’t refill your cup quickly. Understand that cultural norms run deep, and they vary depending on the country you’re in. Definitely a must visit if you ever go to Columbia.
