sometimes you have to do what you have to do. If you say no all the time, you’re gonna quit.

Pasta and rice….my biggest fear because once I start eating them I can’t stop

~~420 for pasta?! That seems high 😭~~

    ~~4oz of Barilla is around 210 calories.~~

Edit: NEVER MIND. You can tell I pay attention to grams, not ounces πŸ˜‚ So sorry guys.

I do this alot. Basically I do omad and healthy snacks during the day as I’d rather have one rly fulfilling meal which is almost exactly what I want rather than lots of little meals I find unsatisfactory

I too used most of my calories today on pasta. Big bowl of cheese tortellini with homemade tomato sauce. Worth it!

Use spaghetti squash instead of noodles. Veggie noodles with low cals and i personally enjoy more than boxed pasta

Sometimes this is exactly what your soul needs

I did that yesterday! Fettuccine with garlic and oil

I love pasta, too! Definitely worth it to make room for sometimes!
Have you tried Carbe Diem or Fiber Gourmet? Even as a pasta lover, I find them soo close to the real thing and get to eat twice as much pasta for the calories. Pasta night gets to happen once per week now!

we’ve all been there, friend. i sacrificed 860 calories for a heaping bowl of pad thai. WORTH IT

The trader Joes hearts of palm noodles made me able to have a 100 calorie bowl of Alfredo yesterday

Beats mine of oreos. At least yours was probably filling.

1oz Pasta water would have improved this sauce by 100%.

  15. You can have a much bigger portion switching out some ingredients that dont ruin the flavor.
