It was tough to pick a top 10 from what has been my best year of cooking yet, not to mention my best year since being vegan. If this post is popular I'll post my top 10 from restaurants too.

  1. Ramen with tofu block, enoki and bok choi.
  2. Fry up with scrambled tofu and soda bread.
  3. Bibimbap using breaded shiitake mushrooms and drenched in gochujang.
  4. Cauliflower wings, one set marinaded with hot sauce another with Korean BBQ.
  5. Tteokbokki with tofu slices as 'fish cakes'.
  6. Pizza with homemade dough.
  7. Cashew based cheese board.
  8. Tofu and rice noodle spring rolls.
  9. Lasagna and garlic bread.
  10. Burgers with all the toppings we could fit.
